Alpha Solvent ("Alpha Solvent", "we", "our") is a remote-first software-engineering consultancy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

It explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you:

- •receive marketing or service communications.
It does not cover third-party sites we merely link to.

6. Sharing & international transfers
Data goes only to service providers we need to run the business—cloud hosting, email, analytics, CRM, payment processors.
Some providers are outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data unless law says otherwise.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may:
- •access, correct or delete your data;
- •object to or restrict certain processing;
- •receive a portable copy;
- •opt-out of marketing (every email has an unsubscribe link);
- •in California, exercise CCPA/CPRA rights (we do not sell or share personal information).
Email privacy@alphasolvent.com and we'll respond within one month (45 days for CCPA).
9. Security
All traffic is served over TLS; access is role-based and MFA-protected. We run regular vulnerability scans and follow secure-coding best practices. No internet service is 100 % secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
10. Children
Our services target business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Updates to this policy
We may revise this notice to reflect changes in law or our practices. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or via banner/email. The "Last updated" date tells you when it was last revised.
